Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data PunchMonkey has stored about you. Submit the form below and we will process your request manually, normally within 30 days. There are two ways data ends up in our system, both covered by the same form:

If you signed in via Google or Facebook

When you use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook in the PunchMonkey app or website, we store a minimal racer account: an opaque provider id (Google "sub" / Facebook user id), the display name your provider returned (which you can edit in the app), an auto-generated handle used in the optional public-profile URL, whether you opted into public sharing, and links to any teams you joined. We never store your password and we never store your provider's access or refresh tokens. Submitting this form permanently deletes that racer account, all team memberships, and replaces your name on past scan records with a blank entry.

If you raced as a guest (no sign-in)

Guest racers don't have an account — only the display name you typed in the app appears on scan records. Submitting this form replaces that name with a blank entry on all matching scans.

Enter your display name exactly as it appeared in event results. If you signed in via Facebook or Google, you can also include the email you used in the optional context box — that helps us match your account when display names overlap.
